There is no co-founder named "Mike Sparkling." This is likely a confusion with:
Moxie Marlinspike, the primary creator who led Signal until 2022.
Brian Acton, co-founder of WhatsApp, who donated $50 million to launch the Signal Foundation and served as co-chair.
Who wants to use WhatsApp before selling To Meta Crap Use Signal because it's chef co founder is Brian Acton & Moxie Marlinspike
