1: Batteries are rarely used as a selling point, Chinese don't care all that much about big batteries, they want either a powerful phone for gacha slop or a phone that makes them look good in front of others.
2: Chinese phones have soooo much intrusive bloat that the extra 1,000mah is necessary just to be on par with the lower unit, and it likely still burns through the battery faster.
My point is you're glazing Chinese consumers like they don't overspend for some plastic shit just because it's made to look luxury; there's a reason why even when compared to phones with 1,000 2,000 3,000 more mah that the Samsungs with their measly 5,000mah still go almost head to toe in terms of sot, sometimes just falling short of a couple of hours

Here? In Europe? No one really gives much of a shit, so all the other companies have essentially agreed to a monopoly in the last year in which they just sell whatever cut down garbage they can to the European market.

Prices are completely wrong here. It's clear you went to Honor's website but didn't check it with any due care. The prices stated here are for the highest storage variants. The real starting prices are 3299rmb for the base 12 256gb of the Honor 600 and 3899 rmb for the base model for the Honor 600 pro.

There's also a 600 Vitality, which is literally the 600 itself, same specs and all but the 200 MP main cam got changed into the usual 50 MP one

They gave better designs for the China models, but they are less powerful, than even the last generation Honor 500 and 500 Pro. Simply unnecessary devices.
