SD cards are expensive slow and easy to breaks.

As much as I'd like to get one again, I won't. They really have striped down the camera feel they provided - which was the whole point- and after being on Oxygen OS for a while, I can't really go back to a Sony Vanilla android OS. It just doesn't provide the same experience and it's nowhere near as good as what Oxygen OS is now in terms of speed, customisation and snappy feel. Sony needs to get back to cooking again with a new team of devs and UX.

Mr. Anonymous, 14 May 2026One can get the XM6 new for €345 here in Germany, I doubt €380 is realistic I ordered my headphones so quickly, as soon as it was available on the official Sony Switzerland website (Native Gold), that the offer with the headphones wasn't even there yet; it must have arrived a few hours later. I prefer in-ear headphones anyway, and generally speaking, when it comes to electronics, I prioritize Panasonic/Technics (TVs, etc.). But since Sony is the only Japanese smartphone brand left in Europe... for earbuds, I have fantastic Technics EAH-AZ100s (Gold 60th Edition).

They would do better if phone dont have this obsolette feature just as jack.
By the way they should make at least 7 inch phone. 6,5 is way too small.
Litterary no punch there. Just a below average flagsip with above average or exquisite price just like Samsung, Google or Apple.
See no single thing which would tell me buy this phone instead of others.
Because the latest CPU and GPU from Qualcomm have at least 50 other phones which have much better other specs and are way cheaper than this.

Ordered Native Gold (especially since it's my first time buying a better version in Europe than in Japan) 1TB/16GB. Shipping from June 19th. Happy to support the only Japanese smartphone brand in Switzerland (even though I more often buy Panasonic/Technics electronics).
The red one is probably the most successful, after being unavailable for a day in Europe (CH, F, D....)

Not that I need it, but it's the only option today if one wants the 3.5mm jack and expandable storage on a flagship.
Now with 6 years of security patches, it's almost not bad.
If only the screen was QHD+, had 3000+hz PWM dimming, and didn't have the stupid bezels on top and bottom . And the cameras used larger sensors, matching those of x300u, then I would've considered buying one.

Yeah, yeah.. other than the Z Fold series, and the Razr Fold no recent foldable has a 1080p outer display, not to mention that foldables also have an inner display that's way higher resolution. As always, a nonsensical comparison just to make something terrible look good.
