What good is it being light, portable, and with a bright screen if there's no internet? It doesn't have a SIM card or e-SIM. So why take it anywhere? At most, you can move the icons left to right and right to left. Completely useless.
Really curious with the Pad Mini since it's runs on Snapdragon, which means it's a direct rival to the gaming-centric Lenovo Legion Y700/Tab.
My dream pad, if I can get snap 7+ 12gb+ 1Tb
Cheaper 5G Sim GPS option
Finally a small tablet with an OLED screen. Could be my next buy.
I can tolerate rounded edges on a tablet to an extent but I feel that they went a bit too far on the Mini here.
8GB RAM with 8 Elite Gen 5 ... 🤣🤣🤣
that aspect ratio is a deal breaker for me.
so much for the rumors about esim 5g on the oppo mini. in the end it's another wi-fi tablet
still no simcard support?
I was aiming for the pad mini, but I guess I'll skip this too...
If the pad mini comes with 5G sim/eSim,
This could be my combo.
As I don't like to use MacBook nor Laptop
Hamad1993, 21 Apr 2026Atp red magic Astra feels like a better choice Astra is a gaming tablet, this Oppo Pad Mini is more like an all around tablet
It is way lighter, second lightest >8.8" tablet behind Matepad Mini
Just bad that it doesn't have LTE
