The 'Snapdragon or no buy' crowd usually get the S Ultra anyway. The midrange Snapdragons are not worth it. Even the midrange Mediatek chips give more value. Last Samsung phone I remember with a Mediatek chip was A34.

I have a Pitaka Aramid case on my Galaxy S23 for just about 2.5yrs now and dropped and minor torch burn marks and its SAVED my S23 many times. Flush fit like a second skin.
This is DORECT FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE from me!

One ui give good balance between average user and power users, some customisations features like those available in Good lock, Dex etc only available in one UI phones.

While it's true iPhones have by far the most cases you can choose from, Galaxies have all the heavy hitters as well (Benks, Thinborne, Spigen, UAG, Mous, etc.) Try to find any of those cases for Oppo, Xiaomi or Vivo. And this is something that's a make it or break it issue for me. I can't imagine buying a 2k phone and then having to slap on a disgusting $10 Temu case because no one supports my phone.

OneUI can force every single app into multitasking. No other Android UI can do that. Oppo can't even use Brave in multitasking ffs.
OneUI genuinely looks good and isn't an iOS copy-cat like ALL the Chinese UIs. Not to mention, OneUI 8.5 allows you to completely rearrange and modify the quick panel, whereas you can't even unify the notifications with the quick panel on HyperOS.
OneUI isn't intrusive like Chinese UIs. ColorOS for example has a calculator that you can only use if you give the app complete access to all of your pictures and videos (yikes).
Now add to all of that GoodLock and it's a slamdunk, and we're not even talking about Spen integration as well as longterm support.

Cas in point: my sister recently went from a Samsung S21FE to a Xiaomi 15 and I haven't heard her complaining about it at all, in fact a lot of the things she hates on HyperOS are basically the same as on OneUI.

If they put Exynos 2600 here I don't think people would complain as much.
