Oh how the tables have turned.
Now Exynos S26+ is preferred for sustained performance and gaming while the snapdragon throttles to 45% CPU performance🤣.
(Haters will obviously suppress the truth)
The Underdog, 21 Apr 2026Utterly obsessed. The only one that's actually obsessed is Samsung itself, that's why they keep reusing the same 2022 hardware every year.🤭

I think that after 12,000+ posts, the majority of which saying pretty much the exact same thing, someone over on planet Samsung has cottoned on, and is now sitting on their outdated, overpriced, yet still quite popular smartthrone getting a right kick out of all this 😉
Oosie, 21 Apr 2026A phone nobody buys VS A phone which has remained the same for 4 years.
Buy Xiaomi or Oppo.why, what would that do for you, Are you selling them, or will it just somehow make you happier?
Why are people on this site so hung up on what smartphones random strangers buy?
The Underdog, 21 Apr 2026Utterly obsessed.Nope, it's simply utter nonsense that the S26+ with midrange specs costs as much as a flagship. There is absolutely nothing special about that phone.
Oosie, 21 Apr 2026A phone nobody buys VS A phone which has remained the same for 4 years. Buy Xiaomi or Oppo. When the Chinese brands stop trying to copy iOS with their software and also commit to long, regular software support, then I'll consider it again.
DarlingYext, 21 Apr 2026Overpriced midrange phone vs overrated flagship.Utterly obsessed.

iShip, 21 Apr 2026A comparison between bad and worse.Samsung is spending billions of dollars to downvote and discredit critics in social Networks and Websites using bots, instead of investing the same money in R&D
Choose the S26+ if you like to spend money.
Choose the S26 Ultra if you like to spend even more money.
Oosie, 21 Apr 2026A phone nobody buys VS A phone which has remained the same for 4 years.
Buy Xiaomi or Oppo.XIaomi using trash OS for their phones it's full of bloatware and ads and has worse support than Samsung as about Oppo similar problematic software with inconsistent quality fewer OS updates and using gimmicky bad cameras for their phones
Chinese junk doesn't worth the trouble so now tell me chinese companies pay you to promote their trash around here?
I don't understand, maybe my eyes are different but the S26 ultra shots all look far more detailed and sharp than the S26 plus photos. I wouldn't say the difference is night and day, but it's very much there. Also, the S26 Ultra shots can be easily cropped and still look good, while the S26 plus shots are take it or leave it. You cannot really crop them.
Both not eye friendly
To say the main cameras produce the same quality pictures when there's a substantial difference in size, is about the same as saying the S26 Ultra produces same quality images as a 1" sensor.
You cant have it both ways. Either there is barely any difference in both instances, or there is a massive difference in both.
A comparison between worst (S26U) and worse (S26 Plus). My 5 year old Note 20 Ultra has better tradeoffs - Bluetooth S Pen and extra 2 TB (using 1 TB card) MicroSD storage vs a slightly teeny bit better camera and 15 min less charge time.
Or do like I did this week and instead buy and s25+ for £420. Open box like new and priced like an A37 which makes sense as it's more midrange than flagship! An A57+ really.
Gsmarena - S26U pictures are sharper, more detailes and better overall, but still average if we look at the competition like iphone, pixel and chineese vivo. Gsmarena please check new 24mpx mode on s26. Thanks in advance.
