I comment on the people who complain lags or what ever they had issues and instantly think that is hardware problem. I Like MORE RAM needed.

Even a 3 year old Flasghip with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is enough for most games.

They have to experience bitter lessons first.

Nah it's more like you have have been the brand user for a long time and have not had much problems with it to change a brand and then learn the new OS skin. Cause nothing much will change with your new phone when you stay with one brand.
Also Samsung was in the market of Europe at the times when there was only feature phones and touchscreen phones were not made yet. While also people had TV's and everything from Samsung from times before flat screens and never mind LCD to OLED

They just don... moreHow good that be with the limited special edition chips that dont end up in a lot of devices. Like in my case with SD 7+ gen 2 as even 7+ gen 3 end up in more devices.
And when games do the updates then they can easily mess up for these types of chips. Well anyways the games studios mess up with updates and that is already a trend for past 15 years for sure. I have experienced that to a point i stopped playing games. While that was mostly on desktop computer that have better hadware and better support on each part

Samsung has good connections in that region compared to Chinese brands, and subsidies offered by Telecom companies there. Software support, customer service etc are also next to Apple. If Samsung stops innovating, gets complacent, they will be left behind eventually.
Imagine yourself as a regular customer who has little interest in all tech shenanigans.. who has an old Samsung A series, you will be wondering about a) If I trade my old phone in, who offers me the best deal ? b) I do banking and cash stuff on my phone, but I can't afford an iPhone for security, are Chinese devices safe for that, or with regular updates ? c) I am constantly using this X carrier, and if I go to their shops, which Phone offers me the best deal ? et voila, it's an A series. The subsidies. d) I have good experience with X customer care, so not gonna bother experimenting with a brand that has only one shop across the whole country.
Outside of the western world, yeah Chinese devices crossed a generation in the last few years. Well ahead of Sammy.

I could get a brand new nubia Z70 Ultra with 16GB/512GB for the same price as the A57 with 8GB/256GB, and no I didn't have to import it, came from Europe with the same amount of warranty. I know the software support is longer on the Samsung, but come on these two phones aren't even playing in the same league yet cost the same.

I don't think Oppo sells cheap devices in that region. Like, realme, Iqoo etc oppo cheaper sub brands are quite limited. When you include long software support within a certain price bracket, you realize you can't easily offer devices significantly cheaper compared to Samsung.
Of course, if people tried hard, they could find much better deals than the Sam pricings but well, most of them prefer simplicity. You can call them dumb, like some people are doing here, but it is what it is.

In my country A57 is starting around 540 euro and for that money i can get Poco F7 Ultra 256GB version and F7/F8 Pro 512GB versions. Never mind that also that X8 Pro Max. There are also good examples of OnePlus and other phones that are way better. Also cameras are pretty much on the same level and in the end of the day it's the person skill to make pictures and then the software filters
Samsung A series is as worthless as Xiaomi Redmi Note series that is pretty much on the same performance class and are priced close to same.
Redmi Note series is made for dumb people who dont understand what they buy while Samsung A series is made for loyal fanbase that also are dumb and dont know about the specs but are always happy cause it works and it be easy to get use to cause it be just software update and dont need to learn to get use to how other brands OS skin work different for the same things you are being used to use apps and settings

You dont mention your phone other specs. The thing is that with OS update the cpu/gpu also need drivers updates but that is something none of the phones get. It's not like desktop computer or a laptop that have Nvidia or AMD ATI drivers updates that last like 7 years or so. It's also on the game side where they update the game to support and be optimized more on the newer chips while they don't do much for the older chips.
There are so many things to consider other then just the hardware as why there will be stutter for incoming message or call.
