S24U owner here. Not feeling like loosing on anything with these two new iterations.
Especially S26U, as I like taking macro photos, it is a downgrade for me.

I doubt anyone with an S24 Ultra or newer, or even the S23 Ultra, would be looking for an upgrade, unless they’re just a phone addict. But S22 Ultra or older would definitely be prime upgrade candidates, and the jump would be huge.

If you have a Samsung S21 Ultra or S23U, which are already very good with just the 10x zoom, and you want to upgrade to the S26U, great. If you have an S24U or S25U, it's not worth it, and the money... But for those who are thinking of buying, just wait until May or June, when Samsung starts slashing prices on everything! Coupons, discounts, freebies, because they know the iPhone is coming around then and the last Chinese phones will be on the market.
