anthonyp6690, 12 Mar 2026its the investors; they're doing this to keep them happyI don't think they do much anything to make investors happy.
I dont think any investor is happy when they lose money on what the companies are doing.
In entertainment they are doing it for the message more then for the money to make profit so are the investors really happy for that ?

I think Google should force developers to offer crossbuy(and for games crossplay) between ALL Android devices be it a phone, tablet, pc, vr headset, glasses etc.

That would actually make me want to buy from their store instead of alternatives.

        Subscription only works if:
        A. Service is good.
        B. The service is a necessity or utility
        C. Money is infinite
        But,
        A. Service is sloppy
        B. The service is a tool (use when needed, and as you mention can be done in local HW)
        C. Money is not infinite (even elementary school kids knows this common sense)

And those huge datacenters, are just a precursor for "Digital ID surveillance" once the AI bubble bursts.
WEF agenda 2030 is still on track.
The early stages for "the mark of the beast".

The developer doesn't know this. I saw their game support for the SD845, but the much more powerful D7300 doesn't support it.

Everyone needs to implement the "buy once, play anywhere" policy as well as synced progress.

A lot of these LLM features are not really needed by the majority. OpenAI and the rest are just waiting to trap consumers into a netflix-like subscription so money keeps coming.

A local LLM that has even a small portion of the capabilities of huge datacenter versions is enough for most users.

                              There it is again.

The AI thingy that nobody asked for (tell you how to get good or play the game for you).

Sony and DeadBox patented similar "AI thingy" feature.

It also implies that these AI companies are telling us that we are dumb at playing the game, and we need their AI slop to finish the game or play the game for us.

But in reality, these AI companies are really desperate to justify the RAM & GPU shortage they caused (I know, I know, it's the WEF thingy), and the billions of dollars that they lost over this sunk-cost-fallacy project that can't even do 96% of their promised advertisement.

Finally, what would be the point of playing the game when the AI play's it for you.

In a PvP game, it would be called botting / cheating.

In a PvE game, why would I pay for the game if I can't play it, can't enjoy it and most importantly, can't have fun.
