About ISP and NPU, Qualcomm's sources are closed too.
Nobody cares anymore about custom Rom, except maybe Pixel's users with GrapheneOS...
Nobody cares anymore about Gcam
Good custom Rom and good Gcam are hard to find on recent devices no matter if it uses Snapdragon or Mediatek...
Because brands support devices longer and ISP/AI are too closed to get better results with cameras.
And now even emulation of PC games runs fine since Gamehub 4.1.5...that was one of latest reason to get Snapdragon and it disappears.

Only ignorant people would choose a product with a locked on CPU which restricts their smartphone choices simply because they think "bigger number better" is the only important metric.

Blame Oppo/Vivo for making good flagships with MediaTek but somehow not allowing bootloader unlocking at all, and Xiaomi for making trash-tier bootloader unlocking procedures instead. Also, Nothing CMF line has a lot of good custom ROMs despite using MediaTek, mainly because Nothing actually properly publishes kernel code and supports bootloader unlocking, unlike the Chinese vendors.

I had Vivo x100 pro with dimensity 9300, very stable network, I will buy some dimensity powered phone this year to use it for long term
Lol i want to use such powerful processors to play PC games (low end) and ditch PC
