But fkk it: Yeah, hyperos is to blame, you did your homework. But a 4nm chip with 3.2 max clock and 2,100,000 benchmark, getting a 14h mixed usage, is non-"efficient"? Hell.. Now you are ready to go back to highschool, with your cool way of talking, and vast knowledge of physics topics. And don't forget to not bring up hyper cars in the middle of a simple logical argument, or you'll get rejected again

Nobody mentioned the performance or heating, both if which are fine, but the efficiency - a phone with a better optimized chip would have a 20-30% better battery. Sure MIUI is to blame a bit but there is only so much you can do with the software. A lamborghini is fast and doesn't overheat as well, doesn't mean it gets good gas mileage.

Yeah, the SoC runs hot, but so does every other high tier midrange and even flagships from well regarded brands, at least from late 2024, and 2025 so far . And this soc's benchmarks are not that much lower either, even comparing to the efficient mediatek. I've been using the CN version for a week now ( the version which everyone say is the "less-optimized" one). For phones like NP3 that reach 51°c with this very same chip, to the point of burning your hands while throttling at 60% and then turning off, you can definietly say that. But for a phone with 2,100,000 antutu that has about 75% stability while reaching the max temperature of 46°c, it's seriously unfair to call it non efficient and/or unoptimized. Especially in the day and age when flagship phones like realme gt7 pro, gt7 base and even very well regarded flagships from oneplus and nothing which everyone claim has a higher build quality than xiaomi. Please do a bit of research before repeating the misinfirmation thah a few people throw around here and there, mostly because of not having anything better to do. I've been testing and trying this phone for over a week now. Surely an excessive overheating and throttling should have happened by now, which has not been the case even once in the past 9-10 days..

Just bought the Poco F7 last week. Great performance and actually decent camera at the price also lots of storage and RAM. Battery easily outlasts my other smartphones with it's 7500 mah capacity and the fast charger is a sweet bonus in the box
Overal a great phone at the price, and easily better than all other phones in it's price segment
