My first smart clock. Very happy about it. Like it is small. I guess it one of the simpler clocks, but what it does it do well.

If you want an accurate sleep monitor, you'll have to get in the least something like the "sleep EEG headband ZMax" for around $500, but it doesn't track anything else on the fitness tracking matrix. The ZMax takes less than 5 minutes to put on and is significantly easier to put on in comparison to professional medical devices which will you take about an hour to finish putting on.

Can smart ban 10 display the distance traveled in kilometers?
I need a band or watch ONLY for accurate sleep monitoring. Would you please suggest me some bands or watches in different price ranges to be known as for highly accurate sleep tracking. Thanks in advance.
Hey! So I wanted to know if it has the option of counting the stairs taken like how the apple and Samsung does?
Ddk, 22 Jul 2025This band is not at all impressive. I have been running 40 mins on treadmill where that shows ... moreYou should also be disappointed by the threadmill reporting 700 calories in just 40 minutes.
Was it connected to you to measure your pulse and did it measure your weight?
If not, then you can completely disregard the number provided by the threadmill.
How fast were you "running" and what pulse did you maintain throughout the workout?
If you're relatively normal in weight, after about 40 minutes properly jogging on a threadmill you would burn around 450 calories in 40 minutes. Not 700, unless you are quite heavy.
If walking at a high pace for 40 minutes on a threadmill, you would burn around 175 calories in 40 minutes. Assuming relatively normal weight.
This band is not at all impressive. I have been running 40 mins on treadmill where that shows I have consumed more than 700 calories... whereas mi band 10 shows 220 type. Its software needs improvement, otherwise it's of no use, with fake / very less calories counter with nil calibration option.
I am really disappointed due to this calories no calibration

Anonymous, 21 Jul 2025What bootloader bro? This is a simple fitness tracker. Not a wear os watch or android phone.Every smart gadget has a bootloader.
No root = no fun
kiasunkiasi, 21 Jul 2025dude, this cheap thing is called Band for a reason
go get a proper smart watch if you need ... moreSmart Band Active is a band as well and you can pick up calls (as I already said). It is basically the crappier-wider version of the regular Smart Band.
Nobody (sure not me) is asking for whatever "full call function" means. Just a virtual button to answer calls, the same way you can reject them in this thing. Once picked, you just can talk through the phone or the earbuds. Nobody is asking for a mic or a speaker.
I like how people is so biased that can't understand this simple thing. Even without actual calls through the band, it would be a very useful function. Again, not included to force you to buy the stupid Active band that nobody wants.

I wonder if Mi Fitness became usable or is still inferior to Zepp Life?
Not having GPS is non issue, gps just drains battery for no reason.

Having no GPS is perfectly fine for a budget fitness tracker. Adding GPS means adding more hardware including antenna, so the price won't be budget anymore. I have no idea why people are asking smartwatch features in a tracker meant to be worn casually. You're training for a marathon? Get a proper smartwatch for that.
Having NO gps is an instant turn off. I have the xiaomi smartband 9 pro....and thats so much better.
kiasunkiasi, 21 Jul 2025dude, this cheap thing is called Band for a reason go get a proper smart watch if you need ... moreI agree, It is also one of reasons most this reviews are misguided included this one. Adding voice calls, physical butrons, gps will increase the price, voice class would need to alter the form probably. I can only see justifiable for the gps.
I think there band 5 was the best version they had produced in terms of fitness tracker and affordability. All the next versions are just waste
