Welp, even with the battery problem solved it still looks like Realme dropped the ball with this one - aside from the really great Selfie cam, slightly better SoC, the usual AI shenanigans and the triple flash gimmick it's not really worth it compared to the 13 Pro+.
Still better than the Global Redmi 14 Pro+ abomination, though, but still not worth it, which is a bummer.
I already ordered 12GB/512GB Realme 13 Pro+ from Amazon and waiting the delivery.

You haven't changed your conclusion about battery life and final score. Also, has the new firmware improved the audio quality?

potato4k, 31 Jan 2025Phew. Thanks for the clarification. So it remains true that HyperOS is indeed trash. 😆It's true. HyperOS sucks compared to good old MIUI but let me tell you one thing, Xiaomi is still the king of the smartphone market. Now that's a fact. Period.

There's been plenty of new smartphones which presented worse battery life than their predecessors. What was obvious here which gave away the fact that something was wrong (the glitch) was that a 6000mAh battery should've never have delivered such atrocious endurance.

I brought just two days back and the camera quality is not at all good and even the volume is not good, I have to raise full volume to hear clearly any music or movie. I have been getting not so good feed back from my family and friends and all are saying I have made a back choice

All are awesome but zooming 120x the phone start lagging and performance need for gaming upto 90 fps and need build quality metal back please update your phone realme 14 pro plus it will sell in market like nuclear bomb effect please update

JoXim, 31 Jan 2025Neo has LTPO display...Motorola's UI is also significantly better at battery management than these heavy skins. The Edge 30 Ultra can easily last 2 days for example, yet it doesn't have an LTPO display, and has only a 4610mAh battery, which for such a powerful SoC and large 144hz display should be small, but it's not.

As i stated in few previous posts when the review came out....
My GT 6, ltpo+5500mah=14+hours
14 pro plus, oled + 60000mah, same sw, same result.
Obviously, the release of 14 Pro + was rushed, sw bugs were not ironed out.
With future updates SoT will be even better, judging by my previous experiences with Realme phones.
I had 5 or 6 of them in the past and all of them had great battery life.
