But what I'm suspecting that Xiaomi did to undercut the costs is riddling the software on this device with bloatwares and ads. But I'd rather have a thousand apps pre installed on my phone than paying an extra $50.

Which also means wasting money. You paid for a fast charging device, don't demote it to being used like a cheap device.

As usual... Xiaomi/Redmi/Poco being inconsistent with every successor in the same series..
Sometimes they upgrade, sometimes they downgrade the hardware and design.
Still have X3 nfc and that phone still work fine.. If you compared to latest phone, nothing much have change.

Well why the regular one have to look better and more atractive tha a pro model.
That big camera island looks definitely better.
Othervise the bumblebee edition is so nice.
Yelow and black with gold accents just wow.

Mediatek Dimensity is on par with Qualcomm snapdragon
Some Dimensity is better than motherdragon
Some motherdragon is better than Dimensity
If you don't need root or custom ROM, better get the Dimensity
Because the Dimensity is cheaper

1989, 09 Jan 2025Maybe, but do you know which one is worse and at what temps?Slow charging is worse, to me it gets hotter and definitely stays like that for longer. Don't have anything to check the exact temps with.
