I had purchased this A56 device on sep 2012,after one month it was not working and I had sent it to company for repairing it.they repaired and sent it to me after using 3 months touch screen is not working.

How to update the phone software from 2.3.5 to newer versions of android? There is no option available for software update under Settings>About Phone. Thank you.

this phone is very irretate using install any app.time is micromaxxxx is very poor

its a gud phone but poor internal memory n low battery n apps get force close. Micromax guys! must do something or else dis phone is dead in market

used this phone for OVER A YEAR.. poor customer care service.. had to keep with them 1 1/2 months twice. whatsapp worked.. but temple run, subway surfers dont work coz of poor ram. skype works fabulous. BBM z not compatible. Processor low. had touch and several other problems after 6 months.. good if ur requirements r limited to browsing or facebooking.. dont buy if u r a gamer.. i had heard that micromax is now, not a small company.. but it does compromise in quality :)

irvin, 23 Sep 2013you just put the sim on the first slotthat is a slot for 3g. on the top of the sim card slot ... morethanks. now i use 3G.
and i must say that if u want 3G phone then go for it.
the speed i have got ysing 3G was around 4000 kbps o.O
