This phone sadly does not support a headphone jack as stated in the description. Otherwise an okay phone.

The LG A250 does not supports MP4 videos encoded with H.264 video format, but can only play H.263 videos of max. resolution of 176x144 pixels (QCIF).

I have lost the sound on my phone and have tried everything to get it back but failed. Any suggestions. Still vibrates if I receive a call but does not ring
