Huawei teases the global release of the FreeBuds Pro 5

Huawei launched the FreeBuds Pro 5 in China in late November, and now the company is almost ready to offer them globally. Huawei is currently teasing the international launch of the earbuds, which is taking place on February 26.

The teaser video you can see below was posted to Huawei's official Instagram account. At the end of the video the February 26 unveiling date is clearly listed.

The event is taking place in Madrid, Spain, the week before MWC takes place in Barcelona, which is definitely an interesting choice of location and timing. At the same event, the company is also expected to unveil a new running-focused smartwatch, most likely a new entrant into the Huawei Watch GT Runner series which hasn't seen a new member since 2021.
