    Initiated during August 2014 with strategic objective to “Modernise all electronic funds payments systems by establishing a common standards platform based on ISO 20022 methodology and standards”.
     Project was delivered following traditional Waterfall methodology. Worked efficiently with Business and IT in the analysis, planning, design, development, test and implementation phases of the project to comply with the required ISO 20022 standard.

     Directly managed Vendor Onboarding and management of vendor relationships relating to the design, manufacture, development, and implementation of the Card Component for the program.
