At the AFR Workforce Summit this week, our Chief AI Officer Ben Chan shared what we're learning about how AI is changing the way teams work and what that means for the future of the workforce. AI is creating skills and productivity gaps inside organisations, not just between them. At Quantium and across our clients, we're seeing that hiring alone won't close that gap.
