@ICICILombard @policybazaar its been 3 days and multiple follow ups but nothing has moved on my claim (MOT17949625). Where is the accountability? Hope many times do i have to follow up? There is no meaning of TAT for you guys?

I have been buying insurances for all my vehicles from @policybazaar @PBHelpDesk … i had bought insurance for my Merc from @UnitedIndiaInsu policy … unfortunately i met with an accident in the month of feb 2026 … its v sad to inform i am still struggling to get claim!!! FRAUD

@policybazaar This is my claim number: 5566384. It has been 8 days, and my car is still stuck with the surveyor. Now, after 8 days, the surveyor is saying that my policy has 35% NCB and that I will have to pay 35% of the claim amount. Pls do your job and solve it. @policybazaar

@policybazaar Paid ₹3,967 for a Care Health policy (Order No: PB177836148) on 13th Aug — payment successful, but no policy issued, nothing on my dashboard, 5 days and counting. This is unacceptable for a health insurance broker. Fix this or refund immediately. #PolicybazaarScam
