We provide interdependent services related to feasibility studies and design, industrial equipment, fueling management systems, resiliency, and sustainability. We have helped design and construct public facilities, corporate office buildings, commercial and industrial subdivisions, education facilities, recreational facilities, municipal housing, fleet operations facilities, and municipal maintenance facilities.

Weston & Sampson uses a unique “operationally based” approach to the programming and design of public works facilities. We survey existing facilities to evaluate the purposefulness of a design and develop a plan for renovation or new construction that will yield the maximum value. Our process identifies inefficiencies that impact current operations and yields facility designs that enhance productivity, worker safety, and cost effectiveness, aligning each project with the specific functional operational needs. 

From a functional standpoint, buildings should improve the productivity and morale of their occupants. From a design standpoint, buildings should integrate into their communities and enhance neighborhood design. We know gaining support from citizens and elected officials can be the most challenging aspect of a facility project, and we have experience developing education and advocacy programs to support these projects.
