Jim Rogers founded Via Real Productions after decades working in construction management, safety leadership, and technology adoption across the built environment. Throughout his career, he has focused on solving practical problems - improving safety, increasing productivity, and helping organizations adopt better tools and processes.
That same engineering mindset now drives a broader set of initiatives through Via Real’s brands. From professional learning content produced for organizations such as LinkedIn Learning, Autodesk, and Hilti, to consulting and expert witness work, to building communities for construction professionals, each effort is grounded in the belief that thoughtful design and practical knowledge can improve the way we work.
