Building a High-Quality Echocardiogram Program

Thursday, September 3, 2026
12:00 PM ET  /  9:00 AM PT

Picture running an echo program where every sonographer measures the same way, every provider interprets from the same playbook, and every referring physician can hang their diagnosis on your report without a second look, patient after patient.

In our upcoming webinar session, Dr. Cheri McGregor of Heartbeat Health will share the standards, review processes, and quality metrics her team uses to keep an echo program consistent at scale.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Standardize acquisition, interpretation, and escalation across sonographers and physicians

  • Set turnaround time and escalation benchmarks that get urgent findings from the read to the referral without a delay

  • Build a monthly review cadence with metrics specific enough for sonographers and physicians to act on

  • Use dashboards and automation to keep standards consistent as your program expands and adds personnel

Standardize now and open the door to new growth and new patient volume while maintaining quality of care.
