These terms create a legal agreement between you ("You" or "Your") and your use of the software applications ("Game" or "Games") for mobile devices that are created by Sphere Game Studios ("We" or "Us"). You agree that by using our games you are agreeing to these terms.
You agree that you are at least 13 years old, and if you are between 13 and 18, you have the consent of a parent or guardian who has read and agreed to these terms.
We may update these terms for legal, technical, or operational reasons. Continued use of our games means you accept any changes.
You are responsible for any mobile data charges while using our games. Check with your provider if unsure.
We reserve the right to update, suspend, or withdraw our games at any time, including for maintenance, technical issues, or changes in business needs.
Our games store gameplay data locally on your device. We only collect a minimal amount of personal data necessary to provide optional account features.
If you choose to secure your city using email sync, we securely store your email address to associate your progress with your account so that you can restore it on another device. We do not use your email for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

We do not collect names, passwords, payment details, or other personal details.
We process your email address under performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) to provide optional sync/restore. We process support messages under legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) to respond to you.
Our games use trusted third-party SDKs that may collect non-personal identifiers (e.g., device ID, IP address, ad engagement metrics):
Each provider is responsible for its own data processing in accordance with its privacy policy.
Your optional email sync data is stored on servers located in the United Kingdom. For EU/EEA players, transfers to the UK are covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (including encryption and restricted access) to protect your data.
We reserve the right to permanently delete accounts that have had no activity for 90 days or more. This applies regardless of whether the account is linked. Deleted accounts cannot be restored and no compensation will be offered.
Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email gdpr@spheregamestudios.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We are not responsible for any loss of game data, progress, or purchases resulting from, but not limited to: user actions (including uninstalling the game or failing to link an account), device failure, server outages, software or hardware errors, acts of God, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to secure and maintain your progress by linking your account and ensuring it is regularly synced with our servers.
Our games may offer optional purchases for virtual goods (e.g., buildings, currency, cosmetic content). Purchases are handled by the app store provider and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in store policy.
Virtual goods have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are granted immediately after purchase. We may update or discontinue virtual goods without affecting items you’ve already obtained.
You agree to comply with local laws, avoid impersonation, and not disrupt the experience of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with our games or servers.
All user-generated content is your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to remove anything we deem harmful or in violation of these terms.

Our games are designed to be safe and fun. We follow recognised safety standards to reduce risks like flashing-light effects. If you are sensitive to fast visuals, please take care and pay attention to in-game warnings.
If you ever spot a safety problem with one of our games, email safety@spheregamestudios.com. This goes directly to our safety lead.
Behind the scenes, we keep a safety review for each game. This covers risks, age ratings, and how we handle updates. Regulators can see this if needed, but players normally won’t need to.
On the rare chance a safety issue comes up, we’ll act quickly: issue a fix through an update, or if necessary, remove the game. We also cooperate with EU reporting systems if that’s required.
All intellectual property rights in our games, including design and content, belong to Sphere Game Studios or our licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify our games without written permission. Unless you have prior agreement, in writing from us, you must not create any derivative work from our games or any part thereof.
If any part of these terms is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, which shall not affect the entirety of this document, where possible, the part that is affected will be interpreted as close as possible to our original intention within the scope of the applicable law.
