Pro is for individual facilitators and small teams who design sessions regularly and collaborate while doing it. You get unlimited sessions, real-time collaboration, and exports in every format.

Business is for organizations that want to standardize facilitation across teams. It adds shared template libraries, multiple workspaces, SSO, delivery reporting, and guided onboarding.

No. You can invite unlimited collaborators to your sessions at no extra cost. Collaborators can edit, comment, and view alongside you.

Only workspace members who create and own sessions need a paid seat.

Your account switches to the Free plan automatically, you won’t be charged. You’ll keep access to your existing sessions (up to 3), the Session Planner, and the Public Library.

When you’re ready, you can upgrade to Pro or Business at any time.

You pay per workspace member, either monthly or annually (annual saves roughly 35%). You can add or remove members at any time – charges are prorated when you add someone mid-cycle.

Business plans with 5 or more seats also have the option to pay by invoice.
