How It Works: Building Your Customized Engagement
Step 1: Design
Preparation meetings held to understand your team’s specific learning priorities and tailor the content for maximum impact.
Step 2: Deliver
In-person or virtual workshops led by PEAK staff, featuring interactive training and networking activities.
Step 3: Debrief
Final debrief meeting to gather input and feedback are held following each engagement.

PEAK Elevate engagements are exclusive to current Organization and Consultant Members.

Pricing
Workshop fees are customized based on:
- Your organization’s annual giving
- Total hours of training
- Training delivery format (in-person or virtual)
- The number of attendees
- PEAK membership status (an added cost for those not already members)
