We tested 4 AI scheduling tools with network companies. The results surprised everyone. After weeks of real-world testing with Cal.com, Inc., Calendly, Reclaim.ai, and Clockwise, here's what we discovered: The fastest tool wasn't the highest-rated Speed matters, but user experience trumps everything. Teams consistently chose tools that felt intuitive over those that booked meetings 30% faster. Efficiency ≠ Effectiveness The most "efficient" AI often created the most friction. Simple automation beat complex algorithms every time. 🎯 Key findings: → Integration quality matters more than feature count → Teams preferred tools that learned their habits organically → Smart rescheduling saved more time than instant booking → Buffer time management was the hidden productivity killer This is exactly the kind of real-world tech discovery we dive into at PeopleAtom, our CXO community where we test, debate, and discover the best technology for people strategy and systems. AI didn't take my job... It helped me get promoted. It also came up with that hook. 🤖 Now that I know you are invested in learning about AI, I want to show you some tools I am using to maximize my efficiency in my new fractional remote role. Like most people, I used to juggle countless apps, lists, and notes, only to end my day feeling overwhelmed and underproductive. But integrating AI into my workflow has completely changed the game. Here's the 3 tools that I currently use the most: Notion.so : Organize & Streamline Notion: Effortlessly structures my ideas, projects, and plans in one cohesive space. UseMotion.com : Prioritize & Schedule Motion: Transforms chaotic task lists into clear, prioritized schedules, reducing stress and boosting productivity. The automatic scheduling and rescheduling of tasks, directly into my Google Calendar has been incredibly powerful. Here in the next couple weeks I plan on integrating several more members of my Heron Labs team into the app as well so that all of our projects and tasks are immediately visible to eachother. No more back and forth emails trying to schedule a call. (A note here, Google Calendar recently rolled out a new native feature for scheduling calls based on your calendar that works really well too) ChatGPT.com : Create & Inspire ChatGPT: Fuels my creativity, quickly turning rough ideas into polished content and captivating visuals. By delegating routine decisions and overcoming creative roadblocks with AI, I've been able to assume more professional responsibilities without sacrificing personal family time or neglecting my farm/homestead chores. Time is my most valuable resource. AI tools help me me spend it wisely. How are you leveraging AI to optimize your time?

CSMs - are you taking advantage of free technology to help you with streamlining your daily tasks? If not, you should be. You probably have heard of these, but were waiting for your manager or the company to release them to you. Let me give you some advice: "Don't wait for permission. Ask for forgiveness." There are a bunch of available tools that can be game-changers when it comes to improving your own personal productivity, and you shouldn't need to a corporate sanction to use them. They are easy to use and you can get started in minutes. Even if you decide to upgrade to the paid versions and have to shell out a couple bucks per month personally, the cost to you might be well worth the recovered time and reduced stress. Here are three you could start with today: Calendly - Stop wasting cycles going back and forth with customers to figure out everyone's availability for a call. Calendly simplifies the scheduling process by integrating to your calendar and then allowing the recipient to select the available time that also works for them. Massive time-saver and intuitive to use for both parties. Loom - Easily record up to five minute videos of yourself to send to your customers when delivering important asynchronous information. By making your communications interactive and visual, you're going to get better engagement by standing out from the many text-block emails that are filling their inbox. Clockify - I started tracking all my time using Clockify and quickly became addicted. I was able to see not just HOW I was spending my time, but also WHEN I was spending my time. This allowed me to do a better job of "mega-batching" tasks to avoid the exhausting mental switching costs of bouncing around from project to project. Clockify will also give you incredible data to bring to your manager during one-on-one's (or perhaps your next performance review) to show them (to the minute) exactly how much time certain clients and tasks consume. That's gold. Which tools do you personally use that you'd add to this list? #customersuccess #freemium #productivity #customersuccessmanagement
