By then, crowds had been waiting for hours in the heat with minimal facilities. 👉 This isn't about any political party. 👉 It's about what happens when event logistics fail. Here's what went wrong from a logistics perspective: 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: A venue approved for 10,000 received nearly triple that number. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:  👉 A 6+ hour delay with no crowd relief measures. 👉 No water arrangements. 👉 People collapsing from dehydration before the event even started. 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰:  Narrow venue with insufficient space. When crowds surged to see the leader, there was nowhere for people to move safely. 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞:  Steel sheds and trees collapsed under the weight of people climbing for a better view, falling onto crowds below. These are preventable logistics failures. What large-scale events need: → Real capacity limits that are enforced, not just estimated → Contingency plans for delays (water, shade, medical staff on standby) → Multiple exit routes that don't create bottlenecks → Crowd density monitoring in real-time → Clear communication channels when schedules change This applies everywhere: 👉 political rallies, 👉 religious gatherings, 👉 concerts, 👉 product launches. If a fan notices a flickering bulb, a pile of trash in a corner, or a staff member distracted on their phone, a subconscious switch flips. They transition from feeling like a privileged guest in a professional space to sensing they are in an ‘anonymous free-for-all’ with no consequences. People treat an environment according to how it is designed, maintained, and operated. If your operation resembles a sophisticated, high-performance ecosystem, fans will instinctively align their behavior with that precision. Conversely, if the ecosystem appears fractured and staff seem indifferent, fans will reflect that lack of care. To maintain this "Stage," I adhere to four non-negotiable standards: 1.     They called it an "Act of God". We call it preventable. Nine people lost their lives at a temple in Andhra Pradesh this weekend after a railing gave way and panic spread through a crowd of more than 20,000 people. In seconds, faith turned to fear. The temple had one entry and exit, no prior approval for the event, and no structured crowd management plan. The founder called it an act of god. But anyone who has worked around mass gatherings knows that what fails in moments like this isn’t god, it’s planning, accountability, and systems. Crowd behaviour is predictable. Density, flow, obstructions, and communication all have measurable thresholds. These aren’t mysteries; they’re engineering and leadership problems. When no one owns them, tragedy fills the vacuum. This isn’t about blame. It’s about awareness. Every crowd, whether it’s a concert, a protest, or a pilgrimage, deserves a plan that protects life before it celebrates anything else.
