I’ve been relying more on Adobe Illustrator to speed up my workflow. One helpful trick I’ve discovered is using custom brushes. I created a brush to illustrate the trachea with its cartilage rings and then adapted it into a bronchiole brush by breaking the rings into plates. With this method, I can curve the path, taper the ends using the width tool, and achieve a clean result quickly. This approach is much more efficient than drawing each cartilage plate by hand, and the final product looks great.
