Busy service lanes have a huge time zapper. The time it takes to put cars on the rack and take them off the rack! Techs aren’t turning a wrench when that is happening. By doing video MPI’s and getting recommendations approved while vehicle is on the rack, Techs spend more time turning a wrench in a day.
