Making the switch to a new learning platform is never simple, but when it’s done right, it makes all the difference. Huge congratulations to Janelle Morgan and her team on a successful launch. Proud to support their next chapter of growth! 🙌 💙
After months of behind-the-scenes work, we officially made the switch. We’ve transitioned our learning platform from DigitalChalk to TalentLMS, creating a more intuitive, scalable training experience for our corporate and clinic teams as we continue to grow. I had the opportunity to lead this implementation from start to finish: evaluating platforms, building out the LMS structure, migrating content, configuring user roles, and supporting rollout across the organization. It was a complex lift, but incredibly rewarding to see it go live. Huge thanks to Adela Iakab and Maria Spyridou from TalentLMS for being thoughtful, responsive partners throughout the process. Your support made a real difference. Grateful to work on initiatives that strengthen learning culture, operational clarity, and long-term growth. Excited to continue building from here. #LearningAndDevelopment #LMS #TalentLMS #HR #HealthcareOperations

We don’t have a content problem. We don’t even just have a budget problem. 𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. And as Julie Dirksen puts it, too often training is seen as “𝘢 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦” instead of an investment that increases returns. If training is perceived as a checkbox activity, it won’t earn its place in the business. 👉 Swipe to see the 𝟯 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟&𝗗 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸.

We talk a lot about the importance of learning at work. But in reality, it’s not always that simple. Between deadlines, meetings, limited resources, and competing priorities, learning often gets pushed aside. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲. Otherwise, it becomes just another box to check. So what’s holding back 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 development? When your HR platform and your LMS don’t work together, training becomes another task to manage rather than a performance driver. The 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗟𝗠𝗦 + 𝗕𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗛𝗥 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 automatically connects employee data and learning progress. That way, onboarding, compliance, and employee growth stay aligned without manual work. What you get: 🔸 Automatic employee sync — no double data entry. 🔸 Training is automatically assigned to new hires as part of your onboarding checklist. 🔸 Real-time visibility into completed, ongoing, and overdue training. 𝗔𝗜 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗟&𝗗. So how do we avoid it? Donald H Taylor unpacks the idea of an “AI conscience” in the organization: someone who challenges how tools are used, protects critical thinking, and ensures AI strengthens real performance instead of causing brain rot. Because when AI is used responsibly and meaningfully, it augments learning while helping people apply knowledge faster and more effectively. 🎧 Tune in to our latest 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘴 episode for a grounded take on using AI with purpose, not hype: https://lnkd.in/dZD69jAd

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽. They feel pressure to prove they know more than their team. But as Gary Cookson explains, leadership is not about “measuring and displaying your own knowledge”. It is about understanding your people. What motivates them. What worries them. What helps them do their best work. That’s where real performance takes shape. 👉 Swipe through for practical advice from Gary Cookson on leading with emotional intelligence.

“Learning isn’t time away from work. It is the work,” as Dimitris Tsingos, our CEO, puts it. And when learning falls behind, the work feels it. Managers end up fixing instead of coaching. New hires take too long to get up to speed. Top performers become the unofficial help desk. Performance drops, and no one can quite explain why. That’s 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝘁. It builds up quietly and shows up in small ways. It’s what happens when training becomes a checkbox rather than a performance driver embedded in daily work. 👉 Swipe through the 𝟳 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝘁 and how to tackle each one.

“𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸.” In his latest article for Association for Talent Development (ATD), Stelios Sergis, our Talent Growth Manager, breaks down why upskilling might fail to drive real business impact. Too often, it’s designed outside the reality of our day-to-day work. Building training for impact means focusing on: 🔸Offering support at the moment of need 🔸Prioritizing practical learning tied to everyday work 🔸Connecting learning to clear growth paths When done right, upskilling stops feeling like another task on employees’ checklists and starts driving measurable results.
