The purification of our highly polar crude mixture of a 50g-scale Suzuki reaction is enabled by our ion-assisted chromatography method. This method is applied for those TLC spots that refuse to travel up the plate with methanol, DCM, and even amine-based additives. Observe at the end that this compound containing 3 basic nitrogen's doesn't even streak on the plate (Rf ~ 0.5). Rhodium is a high throughput structure-based virtual screening platform that can screen over 270K compounds per day on a desktop PC. Scientists at SwRI developed Rhodium in-house to rapidly identify innovative medical countermeasures for chemical and biothreats. Read the Story: https://lnkd.in/gZs9rwki Since Rhodium’s inception, SwRI scientists have used it to screen treatments for numerous infectious diseases such as filoviruses, paramyxoviruses, arenaviruses, coronaviruses, and alphaviruses. Additionally, in 2024 SwRI completed an internal research program to validate the software for screening of DNA targeting therapeutics, such as cancer drugs. The Rhodium molecular docking platform, with the expertise of SwRI scientists, is available as software as a service (SaaS) for commercial, government, and academic clients.
