As we reflect on four days with Kelley Direct students at Kelley On Success, one thing stands out: the power of stepping away from the day-to-day to focus on growth, clarity, and connection. 🔴⚪ From sessions with Kelley faculty and experts to career labs led by our career coaches, students explored leadership, personal branding, storytelling, and how to communicate their professional goals with confidence. We closed the weekend with an inspiring alumni talk from Sue Chung MD, MBA at Henke Hall in Memorial Stadium, followed by stadium tours and a final moment of Hoosier pride. Day 2 of Kelley On Success took students to Indianapolis for an unforgettable experience. 🏁 Students visited Dallara Experience Hub, heard an inspiring keynote from IndyCar team owner and entrepreneur, Sarah Fisher, explored the history and innovation that define racing at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum. Moments like this are what Kelley On Success is all about: bringing leadership, storytelling, and career growth to life through immersive experiences and meaningful connections. We kicked off Kelley On Success last night—our newest second-year in-residence experience for Kelley Direct students. 🚀 The evening started with Hoosier pride (and a special visit from Hoosier the Bison 🦬🔴) before our first session with Carolyn Goerner, Ph.D.: Storytelling that Sticks. This new four-day immersive course focuses on leadership growth, career storytelling, and hands-on coaching to help students confidently communicate their professional goals. 🚴♂️ Business of Healthcare Immersion: Colorado Springs -Wrapped 🎉 We closed out our Kelley Direct immersion the best way possible—student teams presenting their final consulting recommendations directly to USA Cycling, following weeks of hands-on work at the intersection of strategy, sports medicine, and healthcare access. The final day rounded out the experience with: 🏅 A tour of the U.S. Olympic Training Center 🏛️ A behind-the-scenes visit to the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum 🍽️ One last group dinner to celebrate a week of learning and connection That’s immersive learning—Kelley Direct style.

🚴♂️Kicking off our Kelley Direct immersion in Colorado Springs! Our Kelley Direct students are on the ground with Professor Chad McBride for an immersion focused on the business of healthcare, working directly with USA Cycling on a sports medicine startup launch strategy—made possible through a Kelley Direct alumni connection Michael Roshon, MD/PhD, MBA, FACEP, CPE. The first two days have been all about access: • Time on-site at USA Cycling and Hybl Sports Center • Conversations with industry leaders shaping athlete healthcare • Building real connections outside the classroom This is what immersive learning looks like—applying strategy in real time, with real clients, in real settings. 🔜 Up next: presenting recommendations to the client and a behind-the-scenes visit to the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum and the Olympic Training Center.
