As an organisation with an engineer’s mindset, we’re thrilled to be partnering with The Smallpeice Trust. Together, we’ll work to support the next generation of engineering trailblazers with realising their potential and unlock the power of youth-led innovation. We see this partnership playing an important role in our long-term strategy to strengthen local economies across Scotland and ensure communities further benefit from the clean energy shift.
We’re excited to be partnering with Invenergy UK, an innovative clean energy company, to create impactful STEM experiences that inspire young people from all backgrounds to explore engineering and develop future-ready skills. This collaboration will deliver a series of School STEM Days, alongside an Engineering Experience residential course, available to book now. These programmes will provide hands-on, engaging learning opportunities that help young people build confidence, develop practical skills and gain a deeper understanding of engineering and energy. Invenergy’s commitment to Scottish communities, education and skills development closely aligns with our mission to broaden participation in engineering and strengthen future talent pipelines. The programmes will also provide opportunities for Invenergy employees to get involved, meeting and mentoring the inspiring young people who take part. We look forward to working with partners and funders who share our ambition to invest in young people, support regional skills development and help shape the future engineering workforce.
