Building strong financial literacy for future experts. 📈 Last week marked the conclusion of the 8th VILNIUS TECH Verslo vadybos fakultetas | Faculty of Business Management Finance Olympiad. This initiative challenges students (grades 9–12) from across the country to sharpen their acumen through complex problem-solving. When experience becomes your advantage. Meet Melda Lukauske, Recruitment Manager at Guidehouse Lithuania. More than 20 years ago, Melda stepped into recruitment. What started as a profession quickly became something much more meaningful. “With time, something shifts,” she reflects, “you stop just reviewing CVs. You start truly understanding people.” Experience has taught her to listen beyond bullet points, to sense the motivation behind words, and to recognize potential others might overlook. Sometimes, it even means helping someone see their own strengths more clearly than they see them themselves. This March, Melda celebrates 5 years at Guidehouse Lithuania. She was the first employee in Lithuania, helping to build our presence from the ground up. Watching it grow into a strong, thriving team has been one of the most meaningful chapters of her career. Today, she leads a diverse team and believes diversity is the foundation of a healthy environment and strong teamwork. After 20+ years, she still believes – recruitment is not about filling roles, it is about building futures. And that is why she continues to love what she does.
