  • What moves the needle for a tech company more than the words on screen of their digital products? What shapes user trust, onboarding, action, and conversion, if not UX content? So we took action. We’re creating (Luciano Lykkebo founder of Future Product Days) the biggest UX writing + content design event in Europe for 2025. Content Design Con 2025 September 26. Copenhagen. This is the only event in Europe fully dedicated to UX writing and content design this year. If you work in content + tech, this is the one to show up for. ☑ Figma MCP servers ☑ AI content style guides ☑ Design systems for writers ☑ Enterprise content workflows No fluff. No gatekeeping. Just real strategy from people who do the work. We’re flying in speakers from around the world from companies such as Netflix, eBay, Wolt,HiBob and more. But we especially want to meet the European content community in person. Don’t miss your chance. Who’s coming to Copenhagen in September? Comment “I’m in” if you want me to share with you the link to sign up, or help spread the word.

  • I first met Barbara K. as a student in the second cohort of the UX Writing Academy. That was many years ago, long before AI took over our workflows, and long before either of us imagined where this field was heading. Since then, we’ve crossed paths at a few events. One that stands out: a UX + AI meetup at Booking.com in Amsterdam, back in 2019. It was one of the first moments we both started exploring how AI and content might collide. Now in 2025, Barbara is leading AI and content design at eBay — and I couldn’t be prouder to have her speak at Content Design Con. Her talk: “Using content design principles to shape what AI says to your users.” It’s not just about writing prompts. It’s about owning the system’s behavior. What the user sees, and what the AI thinks, both are part of the job now. Barbara will share how she designs both the visible and invisible layers of the experience, how she recovers when the AI breaks her rules, and why this is the future of content design. Sept 26. Copenhagen. 2:00 PM. Don’t miss this one.

  • I’ve known Meg L. for years. Before Netflix. Before Future Product Days. She was already shaping the field — writing about error messages, UX in games, and the craft of content design on the UX Writing Hub's Blog. Meg’s not just a content designer. She’s a storyteller, a strategist, and a pioneer in our community. At Future Product Days, she’s bringing a session every team needs right now: “How to make data-driven decisions in content design?” Scalable methods you can actually use in your everyday workflows. She’ll break down: – How to make confident content calls even when you don’t have data – When to trust your intuition (and when not to) – How to turn small UX research into real content rationale – And how to connect storytelling with testing — so your work isn’t just smart, it’s strategic September 26. Copenhagen. Come for the data. Stay for Meg.

  • You think the content is done when it leaves Figma? Michael Landis would like a word. “The Secret Life of Content After Handoff” That’s the name of his talk at Future Product Days — and if you’ve ever watched your carefully crafted copy get butchered in dev, this one’s for you. Michael built the content design function at HiBob and knows exactly what happens after handoff: – Hardcoded strings – Last-minute edits in staging – Localization chaos – UX that suddenly… isn’t In this session, he’ll show you how to build systems that catch these breakdowns before they go live. You’ll get a tactical framework, real tools, and actual workflows for working with devs, PMs, and localization teams — without friction. Plus: yes, there will be cat references. Marshmallow approves. September 26. Copenhagen.

  • I met Kalina Tyrkiel on stage in Kraków and it was wonderful. She's not just a brilliant UX writer at Zendesk. She's also a world traveler, a thoughtful content creator, and has one of the most delightful Instagram travel/food accounts I've seen. Now she's coming to Future Product Days and she's bringing the big topics: "Content Patterns that Scale: From Solo Writers to AI Systems" Kalina will share how to: Build content patterns that work for both humans and LLMs Connect UX research with content strategy Lead projects through content, not just support them Scale content ops in startups and enterprises If you care about making your content ops futureproof, this is the talk to attend. September 26. Copenhagen. Come meet Kalina. Stay for the snacks.

  • Not Just a Conference. A Career Catalyst. I’m not flying to Copenhagen for coffee and vague inspiration. I’m going to level up. We’ll dive into: → AI-integrated content workflows → Scaling content operations without chaos → Data-backed UX decisions → Systems that support cross-functional work → How to actually ship content that performs If your Figma files, docs, or Notion pages are full of friction — this is where we fix that. September 26. One day. Clear impact. Probably the best UX event in Europe this year.

  • You can write the best microcopy in the world. If your team’s a mess, no one will see it. That’s why this year at Content Design Con 2025, we’re shining a spotlight on content ops. Erin O'Loughlin a Content Design Manager → how to lead AI-hybrid teams Michal Kessel Shitrit 🎗️ from Draft → how to cut cognitive load in fintech Michael Landis from HiBob → what happens after handoff Meg L. from Netflix → frameworks for data-backed decisions Because the invisible systems are the ones that scale your impact. • Yuval Keshtcher ✍: When I started UX Writing Hub, content design wasn’t a thing yet. It was a weird term. No one knew what to do with it. But there was one voice that made it all feel simple. Nicole Alexandra Michaelis. Host of Content Rookie podcast. UX writer at Spotify. Now leading content at Wolt. Her podcast wasn’t trying to be fancy. It was clear. Honest. Generous. The kind of content that makes junior writers feel seen and seniors feel grounded. She once told me: “To be a great writer, you have to be a great reader first.” I still live by that. Even my toddler is catching the reading bug. And now, full circle, I’m thrilled to announce: Nicole is speaking at Content Design Con 2025 Happening September 26, in Copenhagen. We’ll have the best content designers in the world, inside the biggest product event in Europe: Future Product Days. One ticket gets you access to everything: Design, content, AI, systems, strategy. And maybe, if you’re lucky, a convo with Nicole that changes your whole path. Who's in?
