Summary: Since establishing Hackazouk in 2017, I have been passionate about supporting the creation of sustainable relationships between companies and their alumni, redefining company to individual relationships so that there is no losses caused by employee turnover. For many years, I have been involved in global HR and recruitment consulting, as well as outsourcing businesses, leading business development in the Asian region. Leveraging this experience, I advocate for the importance of alumni engagement and aim to contribute to the growth of companies. My career began at Alpine Electronics after graduating from the University of Manitoba in Canada and returning to Japan. At T&G Group, I served as the Head of Corporate Sales and then as the General Manager of their Guam subsidiary. Subsequently, I joined Leggenda, where I spent several years in Japan as a project leader of RPO, among other roles. Later, based in Singapore, I was involved in HR consulting, recruitment consulting and outsourcing, the development of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), the establishment of a payroll outsourcing center in China, and a system development center in the Philippines, covering markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, China, and the Philippines. In 2017, I co-founded Hackazouk in Manila and Japan with colleagues from the Philippines whom I worked with during the establishment of the system development center. We operate 'Official-Alumni.com,' a platform that supports building relationships with alumni, and 'Alumnavi,' a media specializing in alumni-related information. I also serve as a researcher at the 'Alumni Research Institute,' which studies alumni engagement best practices. In 2024, Hackazouk formed a new group through a business integration with LeIN, a company specializing in RPO services for DX talent and engineers, and I assumed the position of Group CEO. To establish alumni relationships as a cultural norm in Japan, strong collaboration with other HR initiatives is essential. Among these, the business integration with LeIN, which provides high-quality recruitment services, allows us to connect the 'entry' and 'exit' points of the employee lifecycle, aiming for further growth as a unique presence in the HR industry.
