Life has certainly changed for the lakhs of people who were traveling for more than 2 to 3 hours to reach the office daily in Bengaluru.

We @thoughtframeworks initiated the work from home 2 weeks earlier to the lockdown from 15th Mar, and to date, the team is continuing to work from home.

It's been 4 months, 18 days. As 100% of our customers were from US/UK/Netherlands or the rest of the world, we were already remote & offshore from our client's perspective. With work from home, here is how effectively we have implemented some additional measures @ Thought Frameworks so we continue to provide the best QA practices to our client.

1) Trust - For a team to work in tandem and synergy, Trust is the most important factor. The relationship between the QA Analyst, QA Lead & QA Manager should be harmonious. This was done very effectively before the #COVID-19.

2) QA Best Practices - defined & elaborated best practices to work from home like to-do list, proactive mindset, daily schedule plans, commit & follow, be responsive with effective communication, etc

3) Motivation - Interactive session with constant discussion with the team members to improve the morale of the team.

4) Training - Upskill technology with group discussion to share new R & D concepts between team members. We enabled Salesforce & blockchain training for 2 months to our team members.

5) Time management - We implemented a time activity tracker (TopTracker - https://www.toptal.com/tracker) so we are answerable to our clients if questioned.

6) Proactiveness - Defined best practices to handle work proactively for Short term and Long term projects

7) Certification - with our team members' continuous learning efforts, Thought Frameworks was selected as International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) - Silver partner.
