In 1953 Drs. Watson and Crick identified the DNA molecular structure. In 1985 Dr. Jeffreys developed DNA profiling, genetic fingerprinting. We now know that 99.9% of human DNA is the same, but the remaining 0.1% explains how we are truly biologically different. This finding has revolutionized the way we view humans on many levels.
Over the past 50 years I have been studying behavior, talent and performance.
I’m proud to announce the results of my research in the paper attached. I believe these findings will be a breakthrough in understanding human behavior and performance.
Up until now, we have viewed behavior and talent externally and have drawn our conclusions from the outside. This approach has proven too linear when in actuality humans are complex. This has led to problems making judgments about behaviors and skill and how they relate to trying to predict expected performance outcomes.
These discoveries will affect every facet of human behavior known to mankind. From learning and our schools’ structure, our sporting programs both professionally and amateur, corporate hiring and even to the way we parent.
I have developed an instrument that triangulates three components of human behavior into a three dimensional psychological outline of a human being. This outline defines our Talent profile and establishes Talent themes that when triangulated gives us ‘lead indicators’ helping us to match our talents and to gain predictable outcomes of current and future behaviors.
The Winning Profile will help us with Talent identification, selection and placement. These processes will help us in producing and replicating better, more consistent predictable outcomes.
Since all skills are behavioral and we now better understanding how they are created, this can help us with enhancing a person’s individual and team development. Now, specific Talent themes can be coached to help someone improve his or her performance within the coaching dynamic.
