UX UI As A Competitive Advantage

UX UI As A Competitive Advantage

I am thrilled to announce that my TA, who was also my former student, accepted a full-time position as a UX/UI Product Designer with an awesome company. Yes, UX/UI Design continues to increase in demand. UX/UI Designers can help your company transform the way your product feels, looks and functions by humanizing it. Furthermore, a company that wishes to remain competitive should hire a UX/UI Designer to make their products accessible and enjoyable.

After researching the company that gave my TA the opportunity to showcase the skills she learned at our UX/UX Bootcamp, I discovered that they value their employees as well as their 'users'.  Do you value your employees? Is it important to you that users' needs are met? In the event that the answer is not 'YES' to either question, it is time for you to make a radical change. Adapting to new ideas is imperative for companies today, and UX/UI Designers have that ability to contribute to any design project.

At the school where I teach, students are learning how to successfully share their ideas, use various tools, and generate powerful solutions for their target users. In addition to identifying the preferences, dislikes, desires, and behaviors of users, students become motivated by the purposeful ability to link business needs with user needs. This future generation of UX/UI Designers is bringing new ideas that can solve user problems by offering great user experiences and solving problems based on research. Great products are created in teams, and UX/UI Designers are fantastic team players.

User Experience and User Interface Designers are born to advocate for the user; they turn lemons into lemonade as they help companies achieve their business goals by solving user problems. You should make it a point to have a UX/UI Designer on your team, and avoid huge problems in the future. If you want to learn more about ‘how’ a UX/UI Designer can help you develop better products for your company or organization, let’s talk!
