A Strong Finish and a Joyful Reset

There is a shift happening… right now. I can feel it in the conversations I’ve been having, in the circles of women gathering, and in the way so many of us are listening to what this moment is asking of us.  

The energy has changed over the last month. It feels clearer. Brighter. More intentional. Women are stepping forward with a more grounded sense of their truth and a stronger connection to the work they are here to lead. Something is rising, and it is calling us to meet these final weeks of the year with mission.

This time of year has its own rhythm. People are looking ahead, making decisions, and setting themselves up for a strong start in January. It’s also the season when many invest in their growth, their business, their leadership, and the next version of themselves.

The choices they’re making come from a place of desire and alignment. When you show up with presence and heart, it feels natural for your soul clients to lean in and choose the support that will carry them into the new year.

So think of these next few weeks as both festive and fertile. A beautiful blend of thoughtful connection and joyful engagement. A chance to infuse a little holiday energy into your visibility and your conversations. It is also a wonderful window to welcome new clients into your business, especially those who are ready to start the new year supported, focused, and aligned with the work you do.

Here are a few aligned, seasonal ways to make that happen:  

• Offer a year end touchpoint that helps your soul clients get focused, grounded, and ready for the year ahead. Give them a way to step into January supported, aligned, and already in motion.
• Celebrate your clients’ wins with real enthusiasm. Share the stories and shifts that show what’s possible when people invest in themselves. This season is the perfect time to highlight the work that changed the shape of their year.
• Reach out to the people who have been in your world and reconnect around their vision for the new year. These conversations spark clarity, open possibility, and often lead to the most aligned next steps.
• Share a message that carries your leadership and your perspective. Speak to the energy you’re sensing and invite your community into the conversations that matter right now. Let your voice set the tone for how you’re closing out the year.  

When you show up in this season with intention and lift, your business naturally becomes more magnetic. The clarity you bring, the way you lead conversations, and the energy you hold all create a sense of calm confidence that people are craving right now. Your community feels that steadiness. They trust it. And it becomes easier for the right clients to recognize that this is their moment to step toward you.

And then, when your work feels complete, give yourself the gift of real rest. I love taking the last two weeks of the year off. I pour into my community, I wrap up anything that wants to be wrapped, and then I sink into quiet. It is one of the most nourishing rituals I have, and it allows me to enter January refreshed and inspired.
