Recently, LS3P put Hypar to the test on a K–12 replacement school project where accuracy, speed, and community trust were critical. The goal? Quickly validate that a complex program could truly fit on a constrained site before anything was publicly shared.

Program to Model, instantly

The designer imported a client-validated Excel program directly into Hypar, allowing her to generate space types and begin layout immediately — no manual rebuild required.

Design options without rework

The designer then rapidly explored three distinct layout options, toggling, overlaying, and borrowing the best pieces from each, without duplicating models or breaking geometry.

Smarter decisions, earlier

By refining the layout in Hypar, LS3P was able to reduce the building footprint, helping preserve trees and avoid downstream redesign.

Major savings

Using Hypar, the lead designer generated and vetted multiple options in 6 hours. “If I had done this in Revit, it would have taken at least half a week.”
