L-Band Tunable Bandpass Filter could solve interference issues.
A solution that can help get rid of undesired L-Band transmissions is to have a filter that operates above and below the tuned passband.

I wonder what the insertion loss is and how steep the filter slope is. how close can an interfering carrier be to your frequency of interest and this device still be effective.
