Job between a need and professionalism
Many people want to find a job to satisfy an inner demand starting from a basic to self actualization need. Finding a job is not that simple or a word of mouth, and it is not about dropping your CV in an office or sending it via email.
The first thing that job seekers have to think about is how to attract recruiters to review their CVs. CV has to be developed in a well organized format that highlights skills, strengths and achievements during previous employments.
Also, it is important to consider how to customize your CV to well attract recruiters for the applied job, BUT this does not mean to write things that you are not experienced in. It is very important to be transparent with your capabilities as everything will be interpreted after conducting interview or do test as consequence step of initial interview.
Now, let's assume that you followed those steps, is it a guarantee of winning a job? Actually it is not. What else do you have to consider? It is an excellent point if you search about the company which called you for an interview. You need to search about its history, services and milestones as most of those most developed companies need to hire talented applicants who can enhance their services in a creative way, and it does not mean that you should have several years of experience.
One more cruical point is to understand the position's competencies which you applied for, because you will be evaluated in them. You need to show how your skills are related and capable of it.
Finally, whatever the job is, you have to care, during the interview, about your attitude, temper because you may face intentional stressful questions and show confidence with no hesitation about your answers even when interviewers tried as a tool of ensuring your capability for the job.
