How to be passionate in what you do

Passion is the driving force behind success. When you're passionate about what you do, you're more likely to put in the extra effort, be creative, and overcome challenges. But what if you're not sure what you're passionate about? Or what if you're feeling uninspired in your current job?

Here are a few tips on how to be more passionate in what you do:

  1. Find your purpose. What are you good at? What do you enjoy doing? What kind of impact do you want to have on the world? Once you have a better understanding of your purpose, you can start to look for ways to align your work with it.
  2. Set goals. What do you want to achieve in your career? Once you know what you want to achieve, you can start to develop a plan to get there. Having specific goals will give you something to strive for and help you stay motivated.
  3. Challenge yourself. Don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone and try new things. The more you challenge yourself, the more you'll learn and grow. And when you're learning and growing, you're more likely to be passionate about your work.
  4. Find a mentor. A mentor can be someone who has already achieved what you want to achieve. They can provide guidance, support, and motivation.
  5. Surround yourself with positive people. The people you spend time with can have a big impact on your outlook on life. Surround yourself with people who are positive, supportive, and believe in you.

Find a mentor => Be a mentor. I think this is the most interesting piece for me. I find that sharing what I'm passionate about with people that share the interest or can benefit from my contribution is as important as being around people that inspire me and it can reassure me that that I'm on the right path.
