Follow this 8 simple steps and start working on your productivity mindset that will help you save time!

I get a lot of questions how to be better at Time Management.

First of all it’s not just about strategies, time management tools, apps etc.. it’s about working on having productivity mindset as well.

That means that you are clear & focused on your goals and using all your personal resources to achieve them.

Here are 8 steps how to get closer to that productivity mindset & some time management tips as well:

1.VISION - Decide exactly what you want! Clarity gives you focus and power. The no.1 reason why some people get more work done faster is because they're absolutely clear about their goals and they stick to it. So what do you want to do next? Create online program, do new workshop, maybe mastermind, find a new job, or maybe something related to your health, relationships?

2. ORGANIZE- Write it down!When we brain-dump our ideas, thoughts, feelings we create space...and this is where we get aligned with our energy and we step into our power. It helps us also to get more clearer picture of our goal, we see correlations with other goals and how this supports our life vision in general, it's easier to communicate it with others and you will see faster where is the gap of the whole picture.

3. Set a DEADLINE on your goal. This is very important part, where I would add: once you set it, say it out loud! Find accountability partner, because this will motivate you even more, to finish on time! Have someone check on you, be a part of masterminds... have someone to hold you accountable for your goals!

4. PREDICT! Make a list of everything that you can think of that you are going to have to do to achieve your goal.

6. Change your PERSPECTIVE ON TIME! We all have 24 hours in a day! It's up to you how you spend it. Choose wisely. Nobody can give you more time... but you can take it... for things, people, ideas that are important to you.!

7. BE PROACTIVE ! Do something today to get closer to that goal, it can be the smallest step ( you can make that call, write an email, make proposal, ask for referral, invite to collaborate ....)

8. COMMIT yourself! You have to keep consistency and move every single day! Always think quality over quantity. Slow down, take your time and do 1 task at a time! This will help you save energy and on a long term you will increase your productivity.
