Love this! We are the fourth owners of our current home. When we closed on it, we were handed an accordion folder filled with individual folders chock full of repair and replacement history on various items, appliance manuals and some other interesting information. We thought this was excellent! It at least gave us some insight into what we had just purchased. What you guys have done is taking this to the next level.
