Front Page of the Sunday New York Times: In Trump’s Federal Work Force Cuts, Black Women Are Among the Hardest Hit
Today, my work appears as the lead story in the digital Sunday edition of the New York Times — cited in both the article and the accompanying video.
The Times used my research showing that Black women lost 319,000 jobs between February and July — the only major female demographic to experience such staggering losses during that period.
As I told the reporter, Erica L. Green :
“Black women are the canaries in the coal mine, the exclusion happens to them first. And if any other cohort thinks it’s not coming for them, they’re wrong. This is a warning, and it’s a stark one.”
This is not simply about labor market statistics. It’s about the economic future of this country. If we don’t act, the inequities Black women face today will be the realities others face tomorrow.

Water and energy is needed for every Industry. By industries water and our environment polluted very badly. I made a ash less chimney to protect ash dust and Chlorofluorocarbons not goes in the environment. we not utilize the useless water after use in the industries then we cannot use dirty water because it has some harmful chemical or industries has different chemical we can collect some industries water and ashes and mixed with soil and after lab test we can use as a manure for agriculture we can put rubber at the place of making noise in the industries to making less noise. We can use a dirty water for mixing cow dung and green garbage in a gas tank .
