FREEquency: The First Access Code
On two separate plant medicine mini-journeys, I presented a request to the Universe…
“Grant me the access code to surpass my suboptimal programming.”
(Suboptimal programming, meaning any subconscious thinking that keeps me moving as if I am unfree.)
On both occasions, I received the same answer:
FUN.
Not more discipline. Not more hustle. Not more strategy.
Fun.
I laughed. Basking in that laughter, it hit me.
We've been conditioned to believe freedom requires suffering.
That I earn joy after I've paid my dues.
The play and enjoyment come after the work is done.
Right?
Wrong. Dead wrong.
Fun unlocks everything else.
Former Vice President Kamala Harris said in a recent interview, "Find the humor in everything; otherwise, it'll undo you."
She knew.
Humor lightens the load. Joy releases the pressure.
When you're having fun, you're in flow. Ideas arrive effortlessly. Execution feels natural. Energy expands.
The opposite? Grinding through tasks you hate, building a business that drains you, forcing yourself to show up because some guru said "you should."
That frequency repels the very freedom you seek.
Here's what I have learned recently:
Freedom means unapologetically choosing to have or not have, do or not do, be or not be.
Win or lose, create or destroy, show up or disappear.
Complete sovereignty.
And the fastest way there?
Make it fun.
When life experience is fun, you stop resisting. You stop forcing. You stop performing to conform.
You start creating from a place of genuine desire.
Your dream clients feel that energy. They're not drawn to your credentials or your perfect funnel.
They're magnetized by your gravity… your FREEquency.
Fun radiates a specific energetic signature. One that says: "I'm free. I'm alive. I'm choosing this."
That's the luxury frequency in action.
Most creatorpreneurs and coaches operate from obligation.
They build businesses that feel like the very jobs they sought to escape.

They attract clients who drain them they way their former bosses do.
They wonder why success feels heavy instead of light and easeful.
The access code was right there all along.
Fun as the default. Fun as the "discipline."
It’s the lens filter for every decision.
Check in and ask yourself: "Does this feel fun?"
If the answer is no, you're off FREEquency.
Recalibrate. Realign.
I'm not saying ignore the hard stuff. Growth requires some discomfort.
But discomfort within a game you love playing? That's different.
That's the difference between a punishing workout and an exhilarating challenge.
Same effort. Different energetic vibration.
When you operate in fun, you stop needing external validation.
You stop chasing perfection and approval.
You create because it moves you.
Your heart smiles.
And paradoxically… That's when everything starts working.
The work, then, is simple:
- Remember to BREATHE.
- Reclaim your agency to play.
- Be curious, not controlling.
- Gamify the grind.
- Laugh at all the glitches.
The soul’s native language is joy.
Fun is the first of four access codes to FREEquency.
This is the frequency of unmitigated, uninterrupted, unapologetic freedom.
Freedom says… If I lose it all, FUCK IT!
I'll rebuild in joy… with love.
That's power.
That’s WINNING.
Ponder This…
What if your next breakthrough required more laughter than labor?
What could open if you let fun be the first FREEquency you tune into?

Amen. This perspective from 3D to 5D is a game changer
Not because of the word fun, but because of what fun unlocks. Most of us were raised on the idea that freedom must be earned through effort, struggle, grit, and then maybe we get to enjoy it. What you are naming is the reversal of that conditioning. When we lead from joy, curiosity, and play, we stop performing for approval and start creating from authenticity. Fun is not the reward. Fun is the release. When fun holds the frame, flow follows. Dr. Frederick, thank you for the reminder to choose lightness on purpose. It makes the work feel less like pressure and more like possibility.
