Favorite Adobe MAX Sneaks: Audio Retargeting with Project Boxcar

One of my favorite presentation on "Adobe Sneaks" night was Project Boxcar. This new Adobe technology allows video editors to retime or "retarget" the audio hits in music to occur according to visual cues.

I'm super excited about this new Adobe tech as it will allow video editors to add a new technique to match beats and actions much more quickly than in the past.

For example, let's say you wanted to hit a big beat of a musical track right when a train emerges from a tunnel. Currently, it's very difficult to pull this off with our current tools.

This technique is demonstrated by Adobe Engineer "Will." By the way, Project Boxcar will work on things other than trains as we'll find out!
